Review of a dual hackney carriage and private hire vehicle driver’s licence

There is a confidential minute setting out the details of the matter.

 

RESOLVED:

 

That the Dual Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Vehicle Driver’s Licence be suspended for six-months and that, as a condition, evidence of the completion of an accredited taxi driver proficiency course during that period of suspension must be submitted to the Licensing Authority no later than the end date of the suspension.
